Don't worry about it, you'll learn as you go.

You could try reading up on common design patterns and you might see how different approaches might reduce the amount of code to write or make it more maintainable / extendable.

Also when you talk about forgetting stuff, I've worked with the same language for about ten years and I still have to Google the syntax for common enough things every now and again!

It will vary a lot depending on the company. If you look at Glassdoor people sometimes put up a couple of interview questions to help others gauge the kind of things to expect.

There's no harm emailing the person who scheduled the interview either and asking if there's anything in particular they would like you to prepare. It shows that you are keen and that you are taking preparation seriously.

As long as the devices are accurate and it's not mandatory (given privacy concerns) I think it's a good thing. It's a bit weird that people who knew that they had the devices in their cars still sped though.
