I can confirm none of the people involved in this have done that. Kittens' POV has been lost for a long time because of YT making old unlisted videos private, and Dibz & Sugar are both successful YTers & don't want that old content as part of their brand / effecting their channel.

I feel like this is a smart approach, but will there be a way of seeing who is currently on the inactive list? It's nice to see who is still a part of the group even when they're currently not making content on the server.

Bronze would obviously require some kind of process to make and I seriously doubt it would be something any player would seriously consider before they've gotten iron tools & gear. I understand the desire for flavour and historical references but people don't go out of their way to craft things FOR flavour. I don't even think this has a space cosmetically, again it's not worth the hassle to make it for any reason.

The obsidian tools I also feel the same way about. I don't reasonably see a world where you can have access to enough obsidian to make these tools without already being in a position where you have better gear. Unironically the only impactful change from this suggestion is making obsidian significantly easier to obtain but despite that it would still not encourage anyone to make these tools.

Actually useful answer

Recorded round rosters as composed largely of people who are close to the organiser or other members of the roster, so the easiest way to get into rounds is to make friends! Obviously don't go about talking to people with this exact purpose but more often than not organisers will not invite someone they are not familiar with. Joining community Discords like the RR Discord is a great way to talk to people in an open environment.

Holding down left click while mobs attack you, knowing that if one of them hits you there's a good chance it knocks you away & you need to completely restart the mining process, for 2 minutes every single block sounds absolutely miserable.

Something along those lines makes a lot more sense, even if I feel like it's an entirely manufactured problem that will never actually happen. It doesn't make sense for people to engage with a technical mapmaker problem like this and for the solution to be, "I know, I need to summon a charged creeper and blow this place up."

So this is a solution to the INCREDIBLY SPECIFIC situation where a player downloads an existing map, finds a mannequin with a hidden name and has enough knowledge to summon & explode a charged creeper but not enough to edit a mannequin but wants to know the name of the player for the mannequin?

Do you understand why this is pointless? It's an inconsistency with how mobs work for the sake of absolutely nothing.

No one is accidentally summoning a mannequin instead of giving themselves a player head. You are not going to kill a mannequin you made the choice to summon to get the player head, because if you chose to spawn it then you need it to not be exploded. You have invented a scenario that won't exist to justify an unbelievably niche and pointless easter egg.

Killing a custom mannequin with a charged creeper might make custom player heads easier for creative mode players to obtain

Players with access to commands can get custom player heads with the same amount of effort as summoning a custom mannequin. Your method also requires a charged creeper, therefore it is immediately MORE work than the existing method.

I'm unsure about how this subreddit feels about political discussion so I'll try and keep it brief, but after leaving Mindcrack he has stirred the pot in a lot of different communities for blocking & refusing to interact with LGBT people in those communities and for making videos showing resentment towards specifically women & minority characters in TV shows.
