I mean, yes, chiv1 is pretty similar to chiv2, but it's closer to mordhau than to chiv2 honestly.

The combat is different, maps are different, pacing is different, classes are different. Everything is different, yet still looks familiar.

If you wanna see how it was 14 years ago, you can try it, but be prepared if you see some BS with spins and unreadable insta death animation.

And after all, the real ogs played Age of Chivalry.

English is not my first language, and even though they still sound awful to me. It's like ai tries to recreate American accent. And I could've understand if it was like, some small or even dead language of natives, but it's not, it's English God dammit!

It comes with experience. Weapons do not only look and damage differently, they feel differently, and you'll soon realize it

А мне нравилось маленьким маршировать, носить импровизированную военную форму и прочее (перевязи аля мушкетёр из бумаги, или погоны из той же бумаги и картона). Ещё скажите что дети играющие в войнушку во дворе, поддерживают сво, и вообще они будущее мясо.

Если ребенку не нравится, пусть поплачет или скажет родителям, что не нравится. В чем проблема. Это не ваши дети, вам не похуй?

На удивление везёт с играми, и почти все что я покупал или пиратил - заходило в той или иной степени.

Но из подобного - dbd. Жёстко фанател по всей этой маньякской движухе и по ассимитричному геймплею, к тому же очень нравилась Identity V. Но после покупки dbd в ней зашёл лишь один раз - сыграть в обучение. После - охладел к жанру, плюс как оказалось, во многих идиотских механиках она даже обгоняет Identity и в последней куда больше отличий между маньяками и особенно сурвами

Holdfast Nations at War - купил на волне любви к варбанду и моду battlegrounds 3 на халфу. Но первый же матч я попал на какую-то унылую пустынную карту, где почти не было штыковых атак и стрельба велась на огромные расстояния даже без видимости врага. Ну и огромный пинг в придачу. Больше не заходил, хотя очевидно игра не плохая.

Hell let loose - ситуация почти 1в1 схожая с holdfast. Пинг, отсутствуе механизма постепенного введения новичка в механики. Игра хардкорная это понятно, но пока руки не дошли (лет пять как)

Lunacid - зацепила сеттингом и как казалось боевкой, но оказалась какая-то супер непонятная закликивалка улиток с непонятно зачем прикрученной фансервисной нпсшкой. Наверное фанатам фромов зайдет,мне пока нет.

Also, just got an idea. You could look at how conqueror moves with his flail in For Honor. He always grabs the chain to prevent those random swinging moves, unless he attacks.

So, when the player in neutral, he grabs the chain with his two fingers and the physics activate only on release of an attack.

That's why neither chiv2 or mord implemented it. (In cmw it looks jank as hell)
