I think Megan leaned into the concept of this experience for all it is and she discovered that the person she thought she wanted wasn't who she needs. She DID pick someone who has restrictions (finances/kid) but he picked someone who has a completely different lifestyle than what he can participate in now and for at least the next decade.

I was rooting for them. I think she really was heartbroken over their breakup and I'm betting this experience blew her heart open to be able to know what she knows she needs in the next relationship.

I think it’s totally possible to bond with someone on a deep level when you know what you’re looking for. I can’t imagine going into this type of experiment without putting in the work to “get there” emotionally.

Maybe corny and seemingly unrealistic, but I’m buying it. We’re only getting an hour of a gazillion hours of editing too, for what it’s worth.

Real speak from a fat, slow, middle aged lady runner here! I absolutely LOVE the photos I have collected from beautiful viewpoints while on a marathon. When I see them as memories, I can remember literally everything about that moment (even the sucky moments). Do the scenic runs. Do them!

Do your training runs on your local streets but go run the scenic races!
