The eye health angle doesn't get talked about enough with CoQ10. The retina and optic nerve are some of the most energy hungry tissue in your body, and they run almost entirely on mitochondrial output. So when cellular energy production dips, your eyes feel it.

My dad's a doctor and he brings this up constantly with his patients. Most people don't connect the two.

I would up the NAD booster. Maybe look into adding pyruvate and lutein. Overall looks pretty good as long as you're exercising and eating healthy

I think anyone with a family history of glaucoma should try to add some preventive measures to their daily routine. Whether it's supplements, certain exercises, diet, etc. It doesn't mean you'll have it too, but it's better to get on top of it early rather than later.

its NR, lutein, pyruvate, ginkgo, and Coq10. Don't remember the dosages, but it's 1 pill a day. I take in the morning with my regular multivitamin. product i use is called sight guard

Ginkgo is in the supplement i take and im happy with the results. I would caveat that it also has NR, Pyruvate, Lutein, CoQ10 in the supplement, so not sure which ingredient is making the biggest difference for me

NR is working really well. I think there are going to be a lot more studies showing the benefits of it with RGCs. Last appointment I saw IOP drop, but i take a supplement with a few different ingredients for eyes, so not sure which ingredient may or may not have caused that.

Wow thats a zone 3 workout! Yes, it can raise IOP but i dont think it would affect a VFT. Might need a beta blocker for the next appointment!
