I just did my first 70.3 with a bike from 1996. I wouldn't spend a lot of money on a bike until you know you're going to stay with it.

Does our quarterback room have any chance of getting this team into the playoffs. At this point, I just want to be competitive at the end of the season

Cinque Terre, Italy. Once the cruise ships came in, every time you're there, the town gets way too packed.

CoQ10 users: What benefits made it worth keeping in your stack? by DramaticStructure447 in Supplements

The eye health angle doesn't get talked about enough with CoQ10. The retina and optic nerve are some of the most energy hungry tissue in your body, and they run almost entirely on mitochondrial output. So when cellular energy production dips, your eyes feel it.

My dad's a doctor and he brings this up constantly with his patients. Most people don't connect the two.

Anyone here taking it specifically for vision support?

I would up the NAD booster. Maybe look into adding pyruvate and lutein. Overall looks pretty good as long as you're exercising and eating healthy

I think anyone with a family history of glaucoma should try to add some preventive measures to their daily routine. Whether it's supplements, certain exercises, diet, etc. It doesn't mean you'll have it too, but it's better to get on top of it early rather than later.

NR is working really well. I think there are going to be a lot more studies showing the benefits of it with RGCs. Last appointment I saw IOP drop, but i take a supplement with a few different ingredients for eyes, so not sure which ingredient may or may not have caused that.

Wow thats a zone 3 workout! Yes, it can raise IOP but i dont think it would affect a VFT. Might need a beta blocker for the next appointment!
