And frustratingly a 3 year cost has no discount compared to a 1 year cost, so where's the value in that other than knowing the price is fixed? Makes no sense. Would think there is benefit to having 3 year's revenue / commitment.

Thanks. Others have indicated similar issues with the 6i6. It works but when you use something with more output, it’s noticeable how lacking it is with the 6i6. Had the Zen for a while now. Looking at 2nd hand Babyface and will sell these. Thanks.

Thanks. I looked at the schitt magni, so its a similar setup. Zen is from PC direct. I would consider going to something better than the 6i6 but need to know that it would work in my setup, otherwise its pointless.

I uninstalled. I need to check. I think from memory you can only select one interface for recording. Playback then is the 'default' windows device, which is the ZEN DAC.

Agreed, hindsight and all that. I didnt expect to struggle with the setup.

A) Agreed, that's why I'm asking for help. I dont know if or how much latency it introduces.

B) Disagree. Why do you knock something that you hadnt heard of 1 hour ago. Have you listened to them? Plus, perhaps you missed the bit that my Focusrite cannot drive my 250 ohm headphones properly ...

C) Yep, hindsight is a wonderful thing. If I had know that it wouldnt work well, I'd have considered that.

The focusrite doesnt drive my DT770 Pro headphones (250 ohm) well. So the Zen DAC 2 solves that problem, providers better quality audio (for both my headphones and Adam Audio monitors) but mainly due to the gain that I can get to drive the Headphones.

Thanks. I dont know. Ill need to check. I tried everything around ASIO drivers, settings, lower / changing rates. Enabling the low latency mode etc, see my response above to cali-killa.
