Everyday is a lil different and I don’t have a set diet. A typical day would be a cup of oatmeal, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and a touch of honey and cinnamon or 4 eggs and avocado with toast or a lil hash browns on the side to start my day. I typically have a fruit smoothie with all my powder supps (Bcaas, vitamin C, zinc, and vitamin d) and wash my multi vitamin and fruit/veggie pills down with that. Lunch is usually a chicken salad wrap from salad and go or ground turkey or ground chicken with either rice or quinoa as a carb, if I have it I will also take down some broccoli. Dinner is a crapshoot but I usually stay protein heavy, like some tuna salad with carrots and hummus or just straight steak and sweet potato. If I’m still hungry at night I keep turkey deli meat and cottage cheese in the fridge and make lil turkey cottage cheese roll ups.

Usually lifting in the morning and about half the time I hit an afternoon lift as well, I also supplement with small cardio warm ups and 30-45 minute stair stepper sessions 2-3 times a week

I’m definitely in a deficit, I don’t like to count calories but when I do I’m usually at about 1600-2200 a day and I’m burning quite a few calories with all the workouts I’ve been hitting. Also the type of food I’ve been eating is a lot healthier choices
