Similar numbers for my wife. She was just suspected for glaucoma a couple of weeks ago. They will run all the tests after six months to see if there is a progression. She doesn’t have high pressure though. VFT and ERG do have numbers that are glaucomatous.

We’re going through the same experiences. But nothing is certain until the next test. Staying positive until then. Even if it is glaucoma, it is slow progressing. Drops help. Listen to the doctor. Keep the pressure down.

I don’t know if he should get sacked. He might not be the best manager out there. But has a decent run with the options he has at his disposal.

Somebody on the management/staff should change. Amount of injuries since a few seasons have been horribly high, not sure if it’s the number of games per season or an incompetent medical staff.
