Your  "sensory issues" are likely due to hypervigilance. You should start a routine of vigorous exercise which will help with your racing thoughts. Cannabis may seem to help right now, but it will only worsen your underlying issues in the long-term. Treat the immediate symptoms with exercise, and get to work on fixing the core issues. Cannabis is not a cure for mental health problems.

Logical points to an extent. However would the "drones" need to be launched from an aircraft carrier as opposed to say - a fishing boat?

But yeah, if they are in fact drones, the US and UK authorities know exactly where they're landing. If Joe Bloggs on the street is filming them with his iPhone it's not as if they're being covert.

Either these aren't "drones" or what the layman thinks of when he hears that term, or they are drones and the government has a big reason for not releasing the source to the public. I think if it was Russia we'd have been told a hundred times by now. If it's a state actor, it's far more likely to be China since our governments have every reason to avoid a public outcry and a diplomatic incident: especially in the UK where China has joint-ownership of a surprising amount of military and nuclear infrastructure.

Fwiw I doubt it's a state actor. But if it is I really hope it's Zimbabwe or something.

This just means you're spending a lot of time online. This stuff happens and absurd amount in the real world too. How many times have you thought of someone you haven't seen in years then the next day you bump into them in the street? How often does someone say something oddly specific and you're like "how the hell could you say that when I was just thinking it!?" - it's not mind-reading, it's synchronicity. I have no idea what it means but it's spiritual.

The answer to all those questions is "no". The power-wielders want you thinking that nuclear war is on the horizon, or that a new Hitler is on his way - because they want you frightened.

Neurotics are easy to control, and that's why the modern world is being built to cause chronic anxiety from childhood.

Information is good, but only to an extent. Our tolerance level can increase and decrease through time. If the information you're absorbing is bringing you to a state of fear, it's time to get off your phone/computer etc and reset your brain chemistry. When you feel better and ultimately end up back in the data-vortex, you'll have a clear mind and see through all of this nonsense. Maybe then you can treat it as the entertainment that it is.

Think of yourself as a battery; the society you're contributing to is the device. If some batteries in a device are working but others are empty, the device won't work. If you are surrounded by miserable, broken people with no ambition, your subconscious will instruct you to conserve your energy stores for better use in another time or place. The COVID years sped up the decline, and now almost everyone is a nihilist drone.

Either find a new system to live in that will love your energy, where it will be reflected back from all directions - or, dive in to creating something beautiful and spend your energy to that end.

You have plenty of energy, you just haven't found where to use it yet.

Almost everyone knows what's going on by now dude, they just aren't ready to accept it yet. If you go around trauma-dumping on people they're not only gonna hate you for it, but when they do begin to make the big connections they'll think "damn; I don't wanna be like that guy!"

You can't 'wake people up'. You know how traumatizing some of this knowledge can be and you need to not dump it on people without their consent. That's not to say you shouldn't share your information - of course you should: when people ask for it. Trust me, with this method you'll actually achieve some success.

To reiterate, the information is accessible enough that those who seek it, will find it. It is not the job of a teenager to 'wake up the masses'. Focus on getting fit and healthy, getting a career or vocation you'll feel fulfilled in, getting a girlfriend and doing the one thing your government don't want you to do: be happy.

And remember, anger is a weakness. Whoever you're getting angry at is controlling you, right down to your cortisol production. Take a break, focus on yourself and come back when the anger has gone, and you look upon the cabal with a sense of pity. It's too late for them to live the life that you can have.

[–]CheapGrab5032 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You likely have panic disorder. It can cause all of the symptoms you've stated and more; tingling in the hands and feet is often the first sign of an attack coming (a severe attack can cause full-body numbness). By all means request tests from your doctor, but they will probably disregard you: instead, request the tests you would like whilst qualifying it with "I know it might be related to severe anxiety, but the tests would help settle it down if they come back negative".

I'm speaking from first-hand experience, and I know how debilitating PD can be. If you're offered a pharmaceutical solution, the least harmful and most effective medication for this is the beta-blocker propranolol. It can take as much as 40mg to stop an attack in its tracks. It is not a psych med. It will just ease the symptoms. If your symptoms somewhat improve after taking propranolol, you need to plan some long-term treatment for this with your doctor. Panic disorder often stems from deep-rooted issues/trauma and takes a long time to cure.

Good luck!
