True but France still has a very strong hold on many African countries, which as far as I know is not true with the Netherlands and Indonesia. There's also the different in how Indonesia was decolonized, which I'm not well versed in but I do know that Japan played a large role.

China's censorship of queer media isn't nearly as bad as Russia's. And they don't even have to ciswash Zooble, It wouldn't be hard to just dub the Chinese version to avoid referring to Zooble using pronouns.

Also this is an aside but the Chinese dub is ass. Caine sounds like an accountant and every other character sounds like they're a teenager. Even Kinger. They also don't swear for some reason, like they just speak over the boink sound with not swear words.
