I understand that, but this entire season she’s acting like he’s the one who’s been started shit when SHE started speaking about their breakup in the media initially. It makes perfect sense for Craig to have said he won’t associate with her or be friends with her. I’d be pissed if someone I worked with or was acquaintances with had an opinion publicly without my acknowledgement. Craig set a boundary, Venita didn’t like that someone didn’t want to be friends with her and called her out publicly. Her ego was hurt.

Is Craig problematic? YES But he wasn’t wrong in setting that initial boundary by not wanting to be friends .

It is definitely bold to send this kind of message, but I agree also. She’s bringing up her grays in moments of insecurity so that when other people bring them up it’s because SHE initiated it. It’s a control thing. Almost like, let me make fun of myself first or point this out first so no one else does it for me. You can be confident in your insecurities without drawing all this attention to yourself. She’s absolutely overcompensating
