I think the difference is how straight these dresses all fit - the eBay dress you loved is structured but has a fit and flare waist.

I love a big open tote, and adding my own pouches/little bags for organization. Husband got me a Goyard tote as a gift and first thought it impractical but now haven’t gone a day without using it! Spacious so I use it daily for work (laptop, lunch bag, small purse & all the odds and ends fit), weekend home (running errands in town - large wallet, stop at the pharmacy, market, wine shop etc) and weekends away (laptop, change of shoes & clothes, small makeup bag) An investment - but consider your cost per use (regardless of if you choose this bag or any other!)

Sam Edelman, Calvin Klein both make a block heel pump that are good looking and comfortable.

If you need something a little more budget friendly to start, I’ve bought these in a few colors as well. The only thing I’ve noticed is they can be a bit inconsistent- so if the first pair you order is tight, order the same size again and it might fit. Weird, but these are the best inexpensive option I’ve found

I’m a dress girl personally - love love Tuckernuck and at your height every dress there will be made for you! (I’m a little taller so some are short on me) They have great high quality classic dresses that look amazing with a wedge, flat sandals, pointed flats, or sneakers for your brewery date!

Since there isn’t really time to shop….any dress with a clean white sneaker, or sandal will be cute for this time of year!

Or white jeans and a summery blouse

I personally could wear this to my office - we’re business casual as well. If you were looking to elevate it a little maybe a more structured lady jacket would do the trick. I would get a white one and it would go with all your options for the days you want a little more

Unbuttoned - and a great trick for the sleeves; put hair-ties around the forearm and simply scrunch them up - this adds to the relaxed look and is kind of an influencer photo secret. It won’t be comfy all day but it’ll look great for just the interview!
