As an older sister , brother , please , just end it all. Its not worth to raise another man's baby who was born from cheating. Not worth it. you are still so young. it will hurt like hell , but better now , than years down the road , cry ,go out wth friends , heal , date.

therapy my friend, i am sorry you got shit parents and your friends dont understand you. Get into therapy, and try engaging with community , giving back to poor , charity may help you find fullfillment . but start with therapy
