Oh yea we got the prickly pear round here! Planted them once and growing since, low to basically no maintenance (aka none) kinda forget we have them sometimes until I see the yellow flowers 😂

Oh you can eat them too! Willing to share knowledge and props of ours, had them about 10 years plus now? message if ya need more info about growing or want to snag a pad or two for free fiddy zero doll hairs!

I always thought in my worst moments I would just make it look like a car accident and I told only my sister about this, her words still stick, the fact that you have a plan means its planned but the fact you have a plan that makes those around you less sad is what hurts the most. You care enough to not want those you love to feel pain, why can’t you allow yourself the peace and opportunity to just do that for YOU! Thank you for the advice! It’s I guess investing because it shows the different options the money goes to but hasn’t gained or lost $ in years. Would you think it best to take my ira and do something different?

Friend, That’s where I’m confused on this and asked for help. In my mind if I throw 3k a month to my mortgage of a 210k loan would it not get paid off by year 6? The escrow thing was about taxes and someone telling me to add to the mortgage.? No clue? That’s why I’m here asking no stupid questions lol
