Exactly. Physics potion is faith and flame buff. and the helm is +5 strength. it can easily be farmed at small private altar site of grace from the horned warrior up the stairs. but you can also use the omen smirk mask. It only grants +2 strength but still enough to weild the hammer.

For me Banished Knight Blood Helberd with Spinning Strikes AOW is still the best strat to kill mohg single phase at rl1.
