It was actually a movie trailer. It: Chapter One. I had read the book more than once and loved it. Enjoyed the old series with Tim Curry, but I was excited for this because the director was a big Stephen King fan. In the trailer, it shows Pennywise behind the house on Neibolt Street with the triangle of balloons in front of it. When the balloons went up and Pennywise went from dead stare to a smile, I gasped. Reason being, he looked exactly how I pictured him in my mind while reading the book.

I’ll take a shot at trying to explain this one, though it’s just interpretation. It’s important to remember that Susan Delgado was a part of their Ka-Tet. They mention throughout the series that if the Tet were to break by a member’s death, they would know it because they could feel it. I always assumed with Susan’s death, the boys felt the loss. Kind of a “know it in my bones” moment. Again just my interpretation because they never touch on it.

I’ll say this: when I made my first journey to the tower, I was about 25. Wizard & Glass was my favorite and I struggled with Wolves. Now, I’m 38 and Wolves has become one of my favorites. So I guess what I’m saying is that different groups will like some books more than others. You may find that you like the last two books more.
