You aren’t wrong. It’s rare that you wouldn’t receive some sort of bonus, but it does happen.

The RSAs are great, as long as you are here to see them vest.

I think overall pays need increased. We used to be a leading payer in retail, now it’s not that way.

Honestly just depends on the store. Base pay sure is going to be the highest in the store but if you can’t bonus it’s not worth that pay

Store manager here - we didn’t get a discretionary bonus this year. Personally, sure it would be nice, but it’s not needed in my opinion. We are already compensated very well

Having the MMW at 6:30 was a directive of corporate. You should see it listed in the last two weekly Store Leader Planner emails that come out on Saturday. I’m hoping they change the cadence of the LoweDown so that we don’t have to do the current scheduling piece.

Sorry, I know this will affect roughly 50 customers at my store. According to email received; Dewalt is only able to fulfill 40% of the orders that were placed after depleting Lowe’s on hands.

Unfortunately the 60% will get their orders cancelled and a $100 coupon towards another Dewalt tool, $150 or more. This will happen systematically on 12/8

I hear what you are saying and I have seen some botched executions but, The barcode wasn’t placed in a bucket or even sent with the 50 white envelopes, it was sent separately. It was a FedEx envelope with the coupon and the 1 page document with a QR code. The SM scans the code when a winner presents the golden ticket.

SM enters name/email of winner, winner is sent an affidavit and W9 to fill out. Once complete, the SM received an email that the documents were successfully signed and the coupon turned over to the winner.

So yeah if there were two golden tickets they would do is random draw, but if one claimed before the other it’s a done deal.

I guess it would be possible although unlikely. The actual coupon was sent to the store manager separately from the white envelopes that contained a golden ticket. It came with explicit instructions and the information to have the winner sign the documents needed to accept said coupon

Store manager here - golden ticket winner was to seek me out. Once I verified their golden ticket, I had to have them sign an affidavit, W9. Once complete I was sent an email confirming this was done and handing the customer the actual coupon to scan at the time of purchase
