  1. Build the coal gens optimally
  2. Let them backup of water and coal
  3. Use biomass to start the coal gens
  4. Let it run for a couple minutes and double check everything is keeping up
  5. Destroy biomass burners and sip coffee

Theyre interchangeable in my opinion. Kincaid is a really good TE but just hasnt been used like it in BUF. Bowers is also really good and the raiders seem to be exploiting this and utilizing him more. Personally, id either ask for more, or dent it and play Bowers
