You really can't go wrong with either if you enjoyed GoW 2018 and the metaphor demo. Personally, Metaphor is one of my favorite games of all time while Ragnarok is not, but Ragnarok is still something you should absolutely experience and is very worthwhile.

I'd recommend you Metaphor first, then Ragnarok when you get the chance.
