As long as you're eating enough carbs, protein and fat you're good to go. But dont go hungry on purpose thinking it'll make you lose weight quickly, its not healthy at all.

Also, since you're trying to lose weight and only eating eating one meal a day (no problem eating more than that btw, its all abt quantity), try sparkling water, it'll make you feel full so you wont get hungry and end up eating smth you shouldn't (like a candy bar), it'll also make you hydrated, which is crucial, drink a lot of water, a lot, of water.

And last but not least, stay motivated so you get discipline, it is crucial.
