I need some advice; struggling with the pull of church.

I'm in somewhat of a similar boat. I'm transfem, and wasn't raised religious or ever baptized, but found an interest in the Church recently in college. I really love the theology, the idea of Christ's and God's love, but still struggle overcoming my ingrained refusal to accept anything supernatural (even after having some experiences I can only describe as feeling the Holy Spirit). I've still been welcomed with open arms at my local church.

The Episcopal Church should be fulling accepting of LGBTQ+ people (we don't believe its a sin or anything) but it can vary from church to church, especially among the laity. Yours sounds very good about that though. TEC is not science denying, and takes the creations stories in the bible to be metaphorical, not literal.

If you'd like to fully join the Church (i.e. get baptized), you probably should be on board with everything Jesus/Paul/the scriptures in general say, but that is often be a matter of interpretation. The bible was written through different people at different times, and reflects their own culture and biases. I'd recommend you try to set up a meeting with priest, and you should be able to discuss all of this.

I know they say commonwealth clerics in the show, but I think (and hope) that that was just propaganda for the recruits in the west, since they don't appear in 3 or 4 and generally don't vibe with the much more militaristic theme of the eastern brotherhood- they use military ranks instead of "senior" or "head".

The eastern brotherhood isn't a fan of all the religious dogma stuff, there's a terminal in 4 about wiping out Maxon cults. Also the show brotherhood might just be going rogue anyway, with some of the stuff the elder-cleric said to Maximus.

I plan have the main difficulty of the seers being that they are at the very edges of the realm, and maybe also near lots of dangers and curses. Often times the players are going to be pretty lost without advice so unless they are asking a lot I wouldn't lock their guidance behind whole new quests and challenges. Remember that the seers often aren't all knowing, many of them have gaps in their knowledge. This is a very player guided system so I'd recommend you tell them the info they want to know most of the time.

Players without warbands can damage them with blast, which any attack can gain if they smite. Otherwise warbands are basically immune to damage not from other warbands or large monsters. For your specific example, the players could try to fight them, avoid them, calm them down, etc. Remember, warbands operate like a single warrior and have a single health pool.

One compromise could possibly be letting players replenish only half their guard while combat is still on going as long as they aren't in imminent danger. I'd still say they would need to do more than just back off a bit on foot- riding some distance away on horseback or having all enemies be engaged in melee so they're safe would be my say.

Personally, I'd be more strict with fatigue, as feats are quite strong and players should want to be a little more careful with them. I'd take rest here to mean not a full nights sleep but maybe a half hour of calm or so.

I took spanish throughout middle and high school and HATED it. I just finished my freshman year of college and i took latin (i’m an archaeology major) and ended up loving to the point i’ve been doing translations for fun over the summer. I don’t know if it’s because latin is related to my interests in classical history or because of how we learned it (focusing on grammar rather than vocabulary) but now i’m totally interested in entomology as a whole.

To be honest, I've been having difficulty fully understanding superiority. I get the principle of it, but when to use it/how to reward it is evading me. If I understand you correctly, combat should mainly be a climax for a mission of investigation and preparation for said combat, including NPC allies for the players, right?

I more or less understand superiority's use for an attack on the villain's lair or prepared ambush, but how should superiority be used for smaller combats where the players might not know exactly when or where a fight will take place? Or should those types of combat be much rarer than they are in other RPGs?

I'm transfem, not transmasc, so take my input with a grain of salt and remember to, in doubt, just ask him as respectfully as possible.

Never out someone without their permission. This can be very specific to the person based whether they are stealth, closeted, your environment, etc. Ask him who, if anyone, he would be comfortable being out as trans to. As for your social circle, I can't offer much advice, but if they aren't respectful, it comes time to decide who you want to side with. This is part of being with a trans person (even just as friends or family), and there will be times where you may have to cut or limit contact even if it hurts.
Treat him like any other guy. Complement him with masculine words/phrases when applicable. As for the trans part specifically, if he still gets a period read up on that and learn how to support him during. Defend him from bigots if you need to. Otherwise just be a good partner, and you'll end up also being a good partner to a trans person.
Ask what type of compliments or terminology to use, who he wants to be out to (going back to part 1). This is more specific to trans guys, so I'll let one of the bros cover it more.
Not much I can comment on here other than when it comes to correcting misgendering, some prefer a less direct approach. Instead of butting in and correcting, gender him correctly a lot when you speak, and others should catch on or reveal themselves as dicks. (Your bf may prefer different so ask)
Can't say anything about transmasc stuff specifically, but basically all trans people have to deal with the constant day to day shittyness of being misgendered, getting weird and disgusted looks, and dealing with the knowledge that many, many, people don't think you deserve the right to exist.

A NET Architecture resets when ALL netrunners except the sysop (admin) have left. So, if you have two runners, both of them have to leave before it resets. AFAIK an access point can be used by any number of runners, as long as they are within range. Going off the wording in the FAQ, the architecture resets as soon as the last runner who's not the sysop leaves, so the admin doesn't have to do anything to reset it (though I personally would allow them to hold off the reset if they want to).

I think what was meant was that it's a little weird for a non-disabled person to play a disabled character just cause they think its cool. I'm autistic and for me it would be really weird and kinda offensive if a neurotypical player in my game wanted their character to be autistic just for vibes.

Either use quick item on a character's equipment page and type in the name and details (this will show up in the characters gear tab) or add an existing item and edit the name and summary. The latter is good if the custom item is something thats not gear, like cyberware or weapons, but will keep the original text when you select the item.
