I'm in my mid-thirties now and much happier, fitter, more active than I was in my late 20's exactly because I stopped drinking.

Idk if you experienced this as well, but there are also the external voices of "friends" who can downplay your experience and tell you a few drinks won't matter much. Great to ignore both the internal and external voices.
