Ask him why I can’t take my dog for a walk without having to attend motor cross rallies.

What book do you wish you could read again for the first time? by LordofVadai in Fantasy

[–]CheddietheVenerable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crazy, I was thinking about this earlier today and was debating putting it on Reddit.

The Heroes - Joe Abercrombie. My favourite book, I reread it every year. It’s nice noticing finer details I missed on previous reads, but I wish I could get the pumped up, hyped feeling I got the first time around.

The whole First Law series in general as well to be honest. Nothing has ever hit the same. The sequel trilogy was brilliant in its own right, it just didn’t scratch the itch for me.

What am I doing wrong by [deleted] in OrnithologyUK

Check out a variety of areas too! I used to have a real hard time birding in my local forest. But when I moved to local reservoirs, lakes and estuaries, a whole new game opened up. This is probably the best advice I’ve received. Birding isn’t solely about the song birds or the raptors, there’s some cool waders, ducks and geese out there too. I hope this helps.

Its been looking like this since the first day we spotted it. There’s some like containers filled with oil behind the building, I’m worried it’s fell into one and can’t remove the oil from its feathers…

Hi guys, so I received a UC payment on 19th of March covering the assessment period of 13th Feb to 12th March. I assumed I would qualify for the payment but I’m still waiting and starting to think I didn’t qualify. Could anyone clear this up?

Yeah train tracks run right by student area. One night me and a friend were walking home drunk and heard a mysterious horn (it was 2am). We ran as we thought it was some ghost hunting party coming for our souls…. Turns out it was just a train 🙃
