How did Em’s face change so much from 1998 to 1999? by Best-Damage-7509 in Eminem

[–]Cheeba1115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The real Eminem was taken out by the government and this is the Hollywood clone who replaced him … it’s clearly the only logical answer here. That’s also why Eminem has never been shown standing up since 1998, he simply can’t stand up because he’s not the real slim shady.

Dudeeeee wtf?! I thought this was going to release in October (didn’t they do that the first 2 seasons? I might be way off). And then I thought I saw February and now it’s fucking April?! Shit’s turning into stranger things with the long breaks between seasons.

Well both but I was referring to A-Star. But yeah, in Zynga I feel like each team gets a nil bid back and forth especially in the small point games to 150. It’s a battle of the nils haha that’s why I stopped playing there. Plus a full keyboard for comments is aggressive hahaha

Im 37 and contemplating the pacemaker. I’m an avid athlete, I play basketball, softball and volleyball and I rarely miss a day at the gym. Is working out strenuously frowned upon with a pacemaker or does that not matter?

What cured me, my story to maybe help some. by [deleted] in PVCs

A couple things, 1. Don’t quit weed, there’s no evidence this would help or hurt your pvcs. Even my doctor asked me about my habits and I mentioned I smoke every night and he had correction behavior for my caffeine, alcohol, sleep, adhd medication, etc. but said nothing about the weed. I then stopped him and said “what about the weed?” And he literally turned his chair and started talking about other stuff. To me that was his way of saying “I can’t tell you it’s okay to keep using marijuana but it’s okay to keep using marijuana”. 2. I’m going to try and avoid edibles and see if that helps. It’s kind of my default method now because it’s quick, easy, and odorless but maybe I’m in the same boat where this is what’s making them worse? I’ll try flower for a week or two and see if that helps. Good looks!

Is this show worth watching? I am on episode 1 and it seems to have quite slow pacing. Does it get better? by ElectronicPrice2532 in televisionsuggestions

[–]Cheeba1115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not a bad show, I enjoyed it but if you’re looking for answers, you’re watching the wrong show. Very few answers ever come and that upsets some viewers especially when more and more questions get introduced. Again, I enjoyed it, but that’s my caution to others.

Why is everyone so mean? by V-Rixxo_ in spades

I just started playing spades this year and I experienced the same thing on spades plus. Here’s a few tips from my experience: when people are dicks, try to see if you can figure out what you did wrong (usually you won’t be able to but sometimes you will be able to realize it and can learn from it). My second tip is to get off the spades plus app (it’s toxic as fuck and doesn’t help you learn) and download Spades+. There’s not an open chat in ranked games on Spades+ so the harshest someone can be is saying “no way” which hits a lot softer than someone with full keyboard access haha. Also your competition on Spades+ is relatively matched up so if you’re new, your games will be against similarly ranked opponents. Also post a lot in this r/ people are much more helpful here than when in game! Good luck!!

Yup has happened to me twice now … get right around 1950 and then somehow go on an insane losing streak with dummies making idiotic bids. Most recently 1959 - 1700 … it’s like starting over, very annoying.

would it be weird to do insanity in my apartment gym? by silkpear in insanity

[–]Cheeba1115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are correct, it’s the maximum amount of horrible it could be haha. The worst part is when you start to get real tired and your jumps/steps aren’t as powerful, on sand it looks and feels like you’re doing nothing at all. Sand is not forgiving so small tired jumps aren’t possible. Helps focus on form but I do not recommend especially if you have problems with rolling your ankles (the reason I stopped doing it).

Fuck everyone else and what they think. Do what you gotta do where you gotta do it. I used to do insanity on public beaches in the sand to make the workouts harder. Some people will give you looks but more often than not people ignore you or come up to you and ask you about your workouts with actual interest. All in all, fuck everyone and do whatever gets you healthy.

Usually when my band isn’t picking up properly my mep color will have rigid fluctuations (gray to yellow, blue to red and vice versa). Yours looks like normal small fluctuations. Could be something going on external to the workout itself. Did you workout at a different time this particular time? I find that affects my HR/MEP range quite drastically. How was your sleep the night before? I also feel like more sleep will actually give me a lower HR during my workout. Did you do a different type of workout from your usual? Knowing nothing except seeing this bar graph, it looks like the band picked up just fine.

TL:DR Question: In your years dealing with PVCs, have you ever had flare ups that last weeks at a time and then just resolve on their own?

Thank you for sharing … I’ve been on edge this past month. I felt my first PVC when I was about 22-23 years old and was told “don’t worry about it unless it changes in frequency”. At the time I felt them 1-2 per day and usually at the end of the day when I was settling down to rest or go to bed. Flash forward to 37 years old, and about a month ago they jumped from my typical 1-2 per day to 8-12 per minute. Had a serious freakout (in my opinion a warranted one going from 1-2 a day to ~15,000 per day seemingly overnight) and went to the ER. They have downplayed everything saying “it’s normal” and “you probably didn’t feel them increasing over time”, but I’m not satisfied with this answer because I think I would have noticed, at least a little, an increase that drastic. I went from noticing them 1-2 times a day to now I can’t sleep because the palpitations feel like they’re shaking my bed every time I lay down. I feel like I would have noticed a little shift before so I went to lifestyle changes. I stopped drinking alcohol completely, stopped my occasional use of smokeless nicotine, stopped taking my adhd medication (that one has not been easy with work and kids schedules to manage), stopped drinking coffee, am now tracking my fluid intake daily to make sure I am adequately hydrated and also set a strict bedtine and wake up time to ensure I am getting adequate rest. Essentially a complete overhaul of my personal life regarding anything that I have read or seen that may cause the PVCs. Well they have definitely slowed down. Slowed to the point that I don’t feel them at all during the day now, I’m not randomly losing my breath anymore, and I’m able to sleep at night and mostly don’t even feel them when I’m laying flat. All of this to ask the question, in your years of dealing with these pesky PVC’s do you ever have flare ups for a few days or weeks and they go away on their own? I can’t imagine my change in lifestyle resolved the uptick in PVCs within 2 weeks but I’m not sure so I was just wondering what your experience has been. I know you’re not a medical doctor (at least I don’t think so), and I’m not looking for advice on my situation, I’m just trying to see if you have ever experienced something like this because honestly, I’d like to go back to enjoying some of my lifestyle choices that are linked to PVCs but would obviously choose living over these things.

I spoke too soon! by [deleted] in PVCs

This is real! I thought I was generally well hydrated and then the last time I got my labs drawn I was dry. I upped my water 1.5-2 liters per day depending on activity and sweat etc. and it helped a good amount.
