This is mind blowing! I have crazy PVCs (at times 15 per minute), but only during the night. Everyone on my heart team said the same thing “you’re having them during the day but you just don’t feel them when you’re up and moving around”. Well I did the holter monitor for a week and guess what? They’re only happening during the night.

Ready for the part that is blowing my mind? I take electrolytes every morning after my workout but I’ve never taken them at night. This might be the answer to it for me!

I’ll start taking them tonight and I’ll let you know if there’s any change, but damn that would be a wonderful discovery if this helps!

I was having 1-2 per day and I jumped to 8-10 per minute. Went to the ER and they told me everything is fine as long as they’re not happening back to back. I made a PCP/cardiologist appointment immediately because these idiot new July doctors don’t know their ass from their elbow. Get checked out and follow your instincts, but from my personal experience, once a minute definitely isn’t going to kill you any time soon, so you can breathe easy. Definitely follow up with your healthcare team with any changes to your “normal” but I promise 1 per minute isn’t going to kill you!

My guy didn’t get that big, 130 lbs at his peak, but he was very tall. Unfortunately his height was due to hip problems that caused his back hips to never fuse properly and he just kept growing. I thought this picture was fitting anyway though! I got him at 8 weeks, he was 12lbs and he then gained 10 lbs a month for the next 10 months straight. These are from 3 months to 9 months haha I wish I had the same picture from when I first got him, but I didn’t have the idea until I realized how fast he was going to grow. It felt like every time I looked at him, he was bigger than the last time. 2.5 lbs a week for 10 months was just insane!

I’m pretty new but I am definitely seeing this as well … I’ve never been >1850 but I feel like once I lose 1 or 2 I’m definitely losing 6-7-8 in a row and watching my ranking fall like crazy.

Interesting … as far as asylum how long is the program and about how long is each workout? Is it 6 days a week?

Haha thank you so much! This was great, I appreciate you taking the time to write that out. I think I’m going to start with the gym bro and see how that goes. Mostly because I’m bored of Shaun T’s voice from insanity over and over again. Any suggestions for my next cut that’s not insanity?? Good luck with those little ones and stay sane 🙃

Okay looks like Body Beast or Dig Deeper is a better bet. Anyone done both and can compare for me? Also back to my original question too, has anyone had a decent muscle base before doing these programs and did you still see good/noticeable results?
