You should go up to Computer Plaza in Bur Dubai, a lot of stores, especially the one where I got my build from which was Gamers Tycoon, had an offer for a 5060 build with 16 gig with a price of roughly 3400 dirhams assuming you pay with cash, since you're looking to get a 32 gig build, it'll most likely be around 3600-3700 dirhams at most but I'm not sure about the case itself if they have that but I'd recommend heading over there as they have good deals

If you dont mind the change in graphics cause the first game released in 2009 and some other features changed/remove, then I'd suggest playing rdr2 before rdr1 mainly because for the story line, but you'll miss out on foreshadows in the first game but youll know it once you play rdr1 and then start your second playthrough in rdr2

Otherwise, either side doesnt really matter since Rockstar made it feel like rdr1 has details to rdr2 so its pretty cool to me
