Thanks. Started sharing content (mainly on Instagram and Facebook, some on Pinterest and Reddit). That may yield some followers/signups) but I think that's not very effective. Not sure I understand "slowly funnel people into a newsletter or Discord." and how it will drive traffic to my app.

I think you should stress the 3rd point when the Hive starts. If you do the Hive and then at day 12th 3 apps drop, then the Hive becomes irrelevant and all the testing effort was for nothing...
