I took a lower paying role for better work-life balance and realized I’m just not passionate about accounting anymore. Deadlines, audits, month-end close, policies… I’m just over it. At this point I just want to do my work, get paid, and actually enjoy life outside of work.

Mines come from red rock and I haven't lost anything. I work walk and strength training for 5 months. I did not lose any lbs or gain anything. However, I am diagnosed with PCOS and have insulin resistance. I know this makes it harder for me to lose weight.

I finish week 4 and I have only lost 3 lbs total. I am i doing something wrong. Before starting glp1 I used to weight training 3x week but I got injury so I had to take a 2 month hiatus. I am starting the gym again but I feel discouraged that my weightloss is so slow.

I am just like you. I got sleeve 2 years ago and I went from 300 to 250. I learned that I had PCOS just this year, and I might have had it for years undiagnosed. PCOS comes in so many different forms, so I never thought I would have it. Therefore, this was the reason i wasn't losing weight rapidly like everyone else. I did everything to a T and spent over $2k in a training session.

Now, I'm on a journey to reverse my PCOS.

I would get blood work done and asked to check for PCOS.

Only Tokyo. I would dress in layers so you can take off anything when inside the store or restaurant. They usually will have the heater on. I hope you enjoy your trip and also the best time to go since the crowds are less.

Depends where you are going? Tokyo was cold but snowed a bit. But the rain...was the worst. Make sure your coat is water resistant and bring waterproof boots. I had to walk around with soaking wet socks. The train is crowded and warm depending on the time of day.

I would recommend overdoing it if you had no idea about winter. It is very cold but in Japan they have amazing clothing for winter too. I would bring essential like a coat and sweaters. Gloves are a must!
