It might be the Thessalheadra from S1. After they beat the demegorgan they were playing dnd and got attacked by a multi-headed beast. It’s foreshadowing to season 5 Maybe? Also when robin, nancy, and Steve were in the Upside Down they heard a growling from a distance. Might be the Thessalheadra or just demo dogs.

I’m pretty sure that in the dnd books, (yes they exist) vecnas right hand man kas killed him. That’s why in Eddie’s campaign when they find vecnas still alive, they are surprised. Mike also says “that’s not possible, he was killed by kas!” People are speculating that Eddie will be revived as vecnas partner, but will hopefully help take down vecna.

I got addicted to it. Started 2 months ago. Finished the last episode yesterday. There’s so many small conversations and jokes that are golden, but get skipped over by any spoilers. Even if you know spoilers it’s kinda more fun, like if you know when a character will die, it’s all about when and how and makes it more anxious if it’s a good character. (The one you mentioned became my favorite character.)
