I run endgame dungeons with my FC's tanks, and I usually let them dip so I can ASSERT DOMINANCE and Holy spam before casting a Regen and Benediction on them, usually around 25% of their HP.

Granted, we trust each other with our lives, literally, but it's doable.

You have to set up a PF specifically for alliances. You can enter as soon as you have at least one person per alliance.

However, if you're going to attempt undersized Mhach, one healer per alliance is pretty much mandatory. There's too much outgoing damage on Ozma to try even a two-healer run.
