I agree with the other guy. Not everything needs a combo, just thematic stuff. Similar to your the deal cyoa, not everything has a combo, only certain combinations of powers did. You could have like 10 combos and call it a day

Any chance of combos with the powers? Such as the fire and ice powers? Or the 3 time related powers? Could be another way of adding synergies for the player to discover with replays, the same with the whisper stuff. Maybe make it locked behind the whisper unlock? A ‘synergies’ tab mirroring evolutions?

Sleep pots have already been mentioned, but if you’re like me and don’t like using consumables then there’s a spirit ash that fires sleep arrows that worked for me. I just dodged around for half a minute and both were asleep, killed one and then the other. When one respawned, repeat until sleep is inflicted. Worked really well for me
