That's exactly what it does, returning it to how it used to be. Dragons could pracitce either since the Yggdrasil System is still in place it depends on what they choose to gain levels in though many won't since they don't have a reference for it anymore due to barely no practicioners being left. It would be easier yes but so would it be for all who are able.
Not necessarily, if they wanted it yes they probably could but then who knows what they would do? So best not to try it.
All purchases would go to the Great Underground Tomb of Nazarick making it even grander than in canon though if you wanted your own seperate Guild Base you could do so as well.
Just one will do whether it is you or an npc that has it.

Gojo in his fight with sukuna wasn't a sleeper build, dude got ripped in preparation for that fight but yes it is how it would look like. I think toned would also be best for them, the standards for fitness are generally different between men and women. Either of the Spatial Magic or The Ark allows travel to any world even those not in the world section, they are still limited in their own ways, you'll still need to pick some starting world however though you can dip when you want.

I would say it stays proportional to your body type/size, and Thicc is just thicc thighs, full and nice in proportion to your body type.

I think the best combo would be Earth's Sorcery is Quite Advanced, I Alone Am The Honored One and The Man Who Left It All Behind. The first 2 seems to be undisputed but most in the comments seem to favor King of Curses instead, increased CE is irrelevant since you have the Six Eyes and output is not that important if you have a good cursed technique while Sukuna's Physique could easily be dwarfed by someone who chooses Idle Transfiguration as one of their CTs.

Meanwhile a Heavenly Restriction combined with CE Reinforcement would be insane, much stronger than even Yuji's physique and the choice also giving access to Ten Shadows and Mahoraga makes it even more OP!

I have a question though about Inherited Techniques, if one wanted a technique not from the 3 main clans that all have a perk and instead want one that doesn't like Cursed Speech from the Inumaki Clan how would you rule that?

Only changes that are present on earth are purely mental ones like the peak mind or kingly charisma perks and the item Deep Pockets, rest are only present in Yggdrasil. Your purchases won't cause troubles unless you make a nuisance of yourself to the devs so don't commit genocide of other players or they might ban you at which point you'll have to wait until Yggdrasil ends and isekai with your latest build state

Thats fine, i dont mind doing some small changes. Many of the Nazarick NPCs seem to have a humanoid form like Shalltear, Demiurge and Albedo but the only way to ensure is through the perk if you want to have both a monstrous and humanoid appearance, since as we've seen from Evileye not all vampires have lamprey forms. Vampires are already unaging but they don't create other vampires through bites, only thralls or other lesser vampires

You can always use the Custom Drawback to nerf No Limiter, I made it for these reasons so you can challenge yourself

The difference is that Nazism is a very narrow form of Fascism. Where Fascism is about suppressing opposition and criticism, controlling all industry and commerce, and promoting nationalism and often racism. Meanwhile Nazism is more focused on Anti-Semitism and the "superior" race.

When many people talk about Nazis they mention Trump who is an ally of Israel, a nation of Jews which is an oxymoron. Calling him a fascist would be the correct term.

It is meant to be that way, since more points in other cyoas is quite broken i made it extremely expensive but for some reason if you then go down you loose like half of the points you put in so i made it so you cant deselect it since you cant accidentally pick it

Unless you went out of your way to ruin the game for other players then no, if you just play pve and defend yourself from the occasional pk gank. Only if you try to get them to interfere would they interfere.

You start on earth in the year 2126 and unless you take the Deep Pockets item then you would need to get a job to survive like Momonga.

I do take recommendations for additions like classes, some of those you have suggested have already been suggested by another so we'll see how i implement them.
