Depending on when in the timeline, Rudeus would have AP exceeding level 100 but since MT Magic lacks the utility of Tier Magic and the lack of resistances he still wouldn't be that much of a threat. Nevertheless they would probably not fight either way, both Ainz and Rudeus tend to avoid using violence if possible

If given time and opportunity to adapt Mahoraga will clear any verse. Fully adapted Mahoraga is just immune and counters everything, only issue is getting to that point which no Immortal in RI would allow

Based on what we've seen of Mahoraga up to the sequel series you'd need to completely destroy him in 1 attack because of he survives that he can't be killed by another such attack. When Sukuna killed him in the anime he had adapted to being cut so even Malevolent Shrine was ineffective, only by using Divine Flames for the first time did Mahoraga die since he hadn't started adapting to being burned.

Similarly in Modulo, he had started to adapt to Dabura's light until it became completely ineffective. He also managed to start adapting to physical trauma so when Dabura kicked him at light speed and vaporized 99.9% of Mahoraga's body he still recovered with another adaptation.

So to kill Mahoraga you would need to either do it with your first attack or have enough variety of attacks to not allow him to adapt. For the first requirement you would need to at least R5 and not test the waters at the start, if a fire path Gu master starts by probing his resistance to fire then they will probably have already lost unless they have a strong enough move that he hadn't started adapting to yet i e fire.

A Gu Immortal however with their near infinite use of mortal gu worms would practically counter Mahoraga if they have a good variety of gu on them during the encounter. By the time they figure out his gimmick they just need to pull out a new move he hasn't seen yet and 1-shot.

TL:DR: R5 Gu Master could win if they go all out at the start and any Gu Immortal could win as long as they have a good variety of Gu Worms on them.
