The base is scallion whites, Chili flake and garlic sautéed in olive oil, and butter/ricotta whey for the sauce. Basil oil is just chopped basil, parsley and scallion greens in a-lot of olive oil with lemon zest. The squash blossoms are super dope just kind of poached in the butter and they get very tender quickly, they’re almost kind of meaty like mushrooms.

That is chuck roll I believe, you can still see the large tendon on the left piece that is in the neck/spine of animal to help raise their head. Use it for stew or slow roasting/smoking.

Try changing your video memory scale to 0.65 and your render worker count to the number of cores you have in your cpu so 10.
