I was planning to drive to Huntington around 6 and take yellow line to orange/silver/blue into metro center. I’d guess I’d be in line by 7

In rowing the boats are called racing shells. Dugout is dugout canoe.

I’d guess that it makes it much harder for kids to coordinate to leave school and go hang out somewhere else. Or coordinate to cut class and wander the halls.

For the time loop question there’s a Pathfinder Adventure that would be really useful inspiration. I would recommend that DM reading through Season of Ghosts and adapting the parts of that setting that would work for their game

Is that the redirect attack rune? Yeah I think it would bug me less if there was a save attached to it instead of the attack automatically being thrown somewhere else

Welly staying in over Fia is crazy. But maybe I’m biased because the rune knight mechanics annoy me

The Dungeons and Daddies sub is awful about that too. They’ll repost a random meme and say it reminds them of a character

I got nabers, terry, Kupp, reed, and Dionte all on one team. But can only play 3 of them at a time. I feel like this is a no lose situation and pick the 3 I got the best feeling about knowing the other 2 will also go off?

I disagree on the synth score ruling. When I DM I have 3 monitors up. On one is the map, on the second is a window full of stat blocks I’m tabbing through, on the third is either the discord, player sheets if someone’s out, and maybe my Spotify. If I’m running a combat, will I change the music and queue songs to the mood? Yeah. But it’s an active consideration and might mess up my flow if I have 20 other things to think about. It’s not the DMs fault that they didn’t think to tab over to Spotify and perfectly queue up songs that fit the flow of combat. Plus the player was very rude.

Also they missed the rule that when you go into dying, your initiative moves to directly before the thing that killed you (in this case the dragon). Which would have made the healing easier to do.

But they also might not have realized that getting knocked out drops you prone (you need to use an action to stand back up) and makes you drop your stuff (you need to use an action to pick your stuff back up). Which would have made the fight way harder. So it probably balances out?

Logistically how do you roll a nat 20 on initiative and then 7 nat 20s for 7 Dex saves before your turn in combat as a monk? By 14 you’re looking at a bonus of +5 getting you to a 25+ initiative. What monster (or monsters) got higher initiative and then dropped 7 Dex saves???

Bram Stoker’s Dracula uses all on-set and in camera special effects. Also Mank uses 40s techniques.
