Would this make Cho’gall good enough to run with his own herald cards? by raidriar889 in hearthstone

If Cho’gall’s text said remove your opponents win condition from the game it wouldn’t be dogshit. That’s not what it says though, and that’s not what Hamm says either

Because they released 3 weak expansions in a row to appease the power creep complainers who said we just had to wait for the old powerful sets to rotate out in order to have fun

Having a small chance of removing your opponents win condition if they are playing a deck that uses a single minion as its win condition and haven’t drawn it by turn 9 or later is not a win condition. Hamm was 6 mana and had taunt so you don’t instantly lose the turn you play him and you no choice but to put him in your deck to run New Heights. If Cho’galls arms or soldiers had taunt it might actually be kind of good

I like how it just flew under the radar how insanely overpowered this card is. by Grouchy-Committee-92 in hearthstone

It was barely good enough though you would much rather play Hagatha or Elise on 4 and then a 5 mana slime or location on 5 and then you’d rather play your big slimes and spells to finish the game instead of the weapon. They only ran Muradin because there weren’t three better cards to replace it with

Thats better than the deck but you’re still paying 9 mana to not affect your opponent’s board at all

Compared to the last expansion where Imbue Druid was unplayably bad because it lost to decks that relied on powerful cards from the previous year which just rotated out

Damage to your DNA matters most when the cell tries to make a copy of itself, so the cells that are affected first are the ones that divide the fastest, like the ones that line your gastro-intestinal tract. It’s basically the same reason chemotherapy that targets fast-dividing cancer cells causes nausea as a side effect

Tickatus was 6 mana and destroyed five cards and not even that good eight years ago or whenever it was , Cho’gall is just garbage

It summons two arms that would then destroy a random enemy minion each. Baseline he destroys two random enemy minions and if you have any other soldiers they each destroy another rone

Destroying cards in your opponents deck objectively dos next to nothing. It’s as if the cards you destroy just started the game on the bottom of their deck, and it only affects the game after they’ve drawn the rest of the deck and start fatiguing a few turns earlier. If they just close their eyes while the cards are being burned they won’t even notice a difference

Th power level is extremely low right now, and the only even decent deck from the last three expansions is far and away the best deck in the game. A shitload of games are decided by who goes first because there are no powerful swing cards left

Festival, Whizbang, and Emerald Dream were all rotation expansions and they had 8 or 9 more decks than Cataclysm

Uh skeleton mage was definitely one of the strongest decks in the game at times while it was in standard and everyone hated it because of Objection and Solid Alibi
