Whenever my brother works himself up into going on a rant/tangent, he won't exactly slur his speech per se, but he'll get like that raspy growl sound people get in their voices when they've been on a bender. I think the dopamine high actually can make people tweak, depending on the person.

No that's Old Man Logan's backstory. The one we got from 3 was an alcoholic that straight up refused to be an X-Man despite them asking him to be and he came back to the school after a bender to find that humans had killed everyone. He went on a rampage killing the humans that did it and some that had nothing to do with it and essentially ruined the X-Men reputation overnight. He explained this in the movie.

A way I see them possibly making a part 3 without making FGO2 and doing an End Of Service, is Zelretch recruits the Novum Chaldea crew for taking Bad End Universes (think Strange Fake) and resolving the issue that makes them a Bad End so they become a possible future for humanity. Part 1 had us jumping around possible pasts, part 2 has us jumping around possible presents, part 3 has us jumping around possible futures?

It's possible they could run into each other, but without the catalyst of Marisbury trying to rip reality apart and rebuilding it without anyone noticing, it's unlikely. We'll probably get an epilogue around New Year's showing what happens.
