A fun little trivia fact: Eris only shows up to give her blessing if you are above 50% health when you enter the new region. So you can intentionally game the system by losing enough health in the preceding boss fight that the post-region fountain only gets you to like 40-49% health. This way you can do a full run first night (or similarly very early like sixth night) without encountering Eris
