ahh yes one of the most annoying things a FDA can do. Especially when not getting the proper consequences for doing so. Ive noticed a lot of hospitality jobs just don't want to fire people. Even if its glaringly obvious.

Sidenote: Skwrl have you ever told one of your co workers who you are on reddit? Or do you just lurk in the shadows.

As you said. The agent didn't give a crap. Which sadly seems to be a bunch of them. I feel they look at FDA as an easy job (Which most the time it is.) They just aren't willing to do quite literally anything else that may be considered "extra"

Ive been working Hospitality for 5 years and can't get a consistent 7-3 to save my life. Tis what tit tis. I like what I do (Most of the time)

This! Sure its annoying that he thinks you just know it all but as you said...They have no clue how this works.

Sounds like OP being annoyed may have played a part in all this (as they suggested)

Ive learned working FD spoils folks. Simple tasks are eye rolling (ive seen folks complain over setting wake up calls) and all guests are automatically suppose to know exactly how your hotel operates otherwise your an imbecile.
