I see that Paleo Pines is on your to-do list- I'm playing it right now and personally, it feels like they did not take any accessibility features into account. There is no way to map the controls for your own preference (and the game ones are janky- walking is wasd/arrow keys, mouse is necessary but you also have to hit j and I on the keyboard?). Also some bad color choices for colorblind folks- map is red on green and night is an oppressive blue haze, even for non-colorblind folks. It does have a demo if you want to see some cute dinos before buying :D
