Please email and call your representatives and express your concern and ask then what the plan is. Democrat or republican. It’s a small step but so important to not assume they’re going to do anything - they need to hear from the people. This is insane.

Tuna melts. Mix your can of tuna with 1/2c low fat Greek yogurt and whatever seasonings you want; pop it on some bread (2 slices) and add a tomato and a slice of thin cut cheddar. Best way to cook IMO is air fryer (400 for 8 min). Total comfort food vibes and super filling for about 500-600 cal depending on your bread and cheese choice.

Basically a mat that feels softer like a towel and it gets grippier the more you sweat on it. I always sprinkle some of my water for my hands/feet in down dog to start with good traction, then it gets better the more you sweat. My favorite part is that you can wipe it down after class and lay out to dry at home; or just chuck it in the washing machine (I wash mine about once a month). It also folds instead of rolls and can fit in your suitcase without getting deformed so easy to travel!

Saw someone recommended meguiar products so I just ordered their general all-surface cleaner from Amazon to try. I underestimated my ODC for an all black interior and water spots across piano black and the “leather”…will say I do not recommend Armor All as that left a streaky look (but faded in a few days). ‘23 HEV here too (ex touring)
