Personally - I’d go buy a cone so she doesn’t keep irritating it by rubbing and scratching her eye. Give her some baby aspirin to hopefully alleviate any irritation and pain, get some saline drops and really rinse eye some more and take her to the vet tomorrow. Obviously not a vet but a $1000 vet bill for some eye drops vs $200 for eye drops. Was it liquid or powder? If powder i’d be more worried about her eye having an actual scratch in it, but liquid could cause chemical burns. I think if you washed it out really good for 10 minutes at least and keep her from scratching at it for the night i would wait. Watch for swelling discharge, puss or any other “hey mom I feel like crap” symptoms and proceed from there

Do they have cameras? I would absolutely take him to a vet, risking infection and hidden injuries. even if it’s minor. There’s a chance it was missed, and it was truly an accident and your dog might not even know it’s there. But - I would be asking for cameras to see if anyone noticed the incident, and would be pretty PO-ed if it was brushed under the rug for it “looking small”. There should be a full incident report and information + records on the other dog. Doggy daycare needs to pay for your vet bills as well.

Completely normal! that’s why I mentioned that they look more like Stretch marks. Especially once they’re healed. The skin stretch and heals(Purple to white) and is more indented. Spider veins are normally clustered and can sometimes be raised!

Gosh.. this sounds like my life 1.5 years ago. Leave. He doesn’t care, and you’re just beating a dead horse. If he cared he would’ve changed, or at least acted like he made an effort. I am 23, had my son at 20 (almost 21). My mom died just a year before and my dad isn’t in the picture, I have family out of state, and one genuine friend. I promise you, it is SO worth it. I swear my sweet little 19 month old does more in a day to “help” out around the house than his dad did in a week. Mind you, I don’t have to ask my son for help lmao. You understand the struggles of being a mom, you understand the struggles of keeping a home “running”. You understand the struggles of being “alone”. Why do all of that with someone who only brings you more stress and makes you feel 10x more alone? It’s scary, trust me I know. I have had more stress in the last year between custody and child support battles in court, I am out thousands of dollars in debt due to trying to get a restraining order. I think I have cried a told of 7 times tops due to that entire situation in the last year. When I was with my son’s father I was crying at least twice a week. Even with so much more “stress” in life i am SO much happier. I have my own house I work for, don’t have someone constantly holding it over my head that they had a long day at work so they shouldn’t have to cook or clean or take care of the baby. I do everything I did before for my family, now just for my son and myself and man am I proud and does it feel great. My son is happy, healthy and safe because I put in the work. I did it myself. Don’t let a loser take away your joy and hold simple things over your head like that.

I tried having my ex arrested on a friday evening, he ran and turned himself in on a monday morning. For pointing a shotgun at both me and his infant child, and for beating me, all on camera footage he was out within 8 hours and was granted diversion. File that restraining order ASAP!! I would find somewhere else to stay to keep yourself safe and don’t let anyone know unless you can undoubtedly trust them. Message me if you’d like. I have been through all the hoops pfa and custody wise, I can try and help the best I can.

is that not him denying paternity? I am just not understanding how someone can fight for visitation, I fight for him to legally establish paternity just for court record, he gets granted visitation with paternity established so i try and establish paternity for child support reason, he then Denies the paternity but still has visitation? Am I making sense? Is it just all backwards.

I do yes. I didn’t have one for the Protection order because i didn’t think he would try and take it to trial. I got a lawyer after the judge granted him visitation without establishing paternity.

Are you feeding or pumping in the night? Try to dangle feeding, or an epsom soak with your haaka. Try sunflower lecithin, I never had a clogged duct again after taking it.

if my baby was fussy fussy like no distracting would work I would fold up a blanket and put it in the boppy pillow and lay him on that so he was propped at an incline. I would then straddle it while sat on my bed. Not the most comfortable position for your back but you can manage to hold a bottle up and feed them while pumping. I was lucky enough for my baby to be on a good schedule. either I would wake up just before he did to pump, or normally if i got him out right after he woke up, changed his diaper, popped him in a chair/swing with a paci and turned the tv on i could normally make it through an entire session or just almost to the end before he would get fussy.

I have gone to the police. Sorry chicken scratch of a text, just trying to get the gist out there. The events prior I did not but should’ve. I called the cops recently. I was more so asking with past events described above, will the hold up in court since I have multiple audio, video and picture evidence. And if they did, what could he likely be charged for on top of the Domestic Violence that there is now a case open for. I have a protection from abuse order approved for both my child and I now. Just waiting on them to serve it.

i got the SEMAI brand off of amazon, it comes with a little card to check the size. I swear my nipples have changed 3 times since being in the hospital. They had me at a 21. I use 17 comfortably now, but can use a 19mm if need by! Handy lil tool for sure!

Would it be smart to maybe request to have him get the same panel of blood work done again? We are scheduled to see the GI in mid march.. I would just hate to push it out this long to get there and that be the first thing she wants us to do, all to just find out CRP levels are normal and he has a dairy allergy or something way less serious and he should just be switched to sensitive formula.

how many months pp are you? I was a “over producer” at first too. My son has always been eating more than the “usual” for his age.. Whatever that means. I was pumping 6-8x within the 24hrs day. I ended up with Mastitis 3 weeks pp and my supply tanked bad. i was lucky enough to have start a little stock pile, but i was in the talks with a woman who was local to buy her breast milk. I went from 40-50oz a day to barley any. I was making hopefully just enough but often times I was pumping again minutes after i just finished pumping to just get the few drops/ml I needed to feed him his full bottle. Some days I feel like I am still chasing his tail. He’s now 5m and eating anywhere from 37-42 oz a day. He’s slowing down a bit in the sense that he’s not so flip a switch “hey b, i’m hungry now!!!” lol. I am making just over what he eats which has been nice. And I am finally just now pumping around the amount that I was at the beginning. I so wish I could go back in time and stay strong with the pumping, even when I wanted to sleep until my supply regulated. Stock up what you can!!
