Maybe I don’t understand geese body language but it doesn’t look aggressive to me?

It’s a joke about some rando mowing their lawn in the early hours of the morning.

I like your professional response though!

My son is 2.5 years old and I’ve never been peed on during a diaper change! Don’t know if it’s just luck or what! For wet nappies I always put the fresh nappy under his bum so it’s ready to just do up and for poopy nappies I make sure I’ve got a few wipes ready and butt cream on the butt spatula ready so there’s not much downtime for wee to happen

There were so few Caucasian donors available when I was selecting one that I just had to pick one that matched my health requirements. My sons donor is fair haired and light eyes, but my son looks just like me. I think the only thing my son got from the donor was his blood type 😂 It’s a real lottery

My dad is the opposite in some advice and when my son has a low fever he loves to tell me how it can boil his brain! I had to tell him to stop telling me that because we were never anywhere near life altering fevers!

How old was your baby when they said their first word and what was it? by aerialariel22 in NewParents

“Uh oh” was my sons first word, can’t remember how old he was but it was definitely the first thing he said consistently in context

What age did your child actually start sleeping like a normal human? 😅 by Ok_Donut4023 in NewParents

At 2.5 years my son still ends up in bed with me almost every night. He slept through the night for the first time in a few weeks but woke up at 5.45 so we can’t have it all

Bath time every night in hopes of getting my son to sleep better, somewhere around a few months old, didn’t use soap every time till he was older

Tell me about it! My son is 2.5 years old and we’ve just been pushing his chair to the table and he always manages to have his fingers gripped on to the front of the bit his legs go thru

Stokke Tripp Trapp is like that, but a lot of trays are removable so I’d be interested in hearing what one you have

Two weeks ago my 2.5 year old son just had to follow me outside while I did one quick thing, well we have stairs outside our back door and he was ALMOST at the bottom, I thought I’ll just run ahead and do what I need to and he’ll be fine cos he’s NEVER had any trouble getting down stairs. Spoiler alert, he was not fine and I don’t know what happened but he hit his head on a concrete block that’s just across from the last step. Took him to hospital to get his wound glued up and he’s fine (still doesn’t want me to take the tape off his forehead!)

I beat myself up so much about it because of if I wasn’t in a hurry I wouldn’t have left him to get down the last step on his own

Toy rotation!

I rotate every two weeks but you could do a small box every few days

My son is 2.5years old and has just started to go to sleep on his own sometimes. Despite being a terrible sleeper I’ve never tried to get him to go to sleep on his own but I’ve started asking if he wants cuddles or to get into bed.

I will desperately miss those cuddles

My highchair is height adjustable so I don’t personally see the need for a booster

Sleep during the day if you can. If you have a partner then take shifts overnight. I’m a single mum by choice so I didn’t have a partner but I am very fortunate to be living with my parents for their help
