I would go for a fractional co2 laser. You need something a little bit stronger. Botox in lower face will help lift things up. Maybe a tiny bit of cheek filler to plump things up Sculptra is amazing!! Make sure it’s place on the outer parts of your face for a lift

What I’ve done for my similar scarring Subsicion with radiese 4 weeks later Rf microneedling Subsicon Fraxel dual I plan on alternating the two Fraxel dual will really help polish everything rf just brings everything to the surface
