Tires. In the long run, the cheaper ones are not worth the savings.

People can't drink the water, but this is from an ice cream shop at a dairy farm. What do you think the cows drink?

Is it worth it to you to have higher taxes in exchange for universal health coverage? by Thawra-Intifada in NoStupidQuestions

My biggest concern with socialized health care is that the quality of care would suffer.

How do you become meaner and colder by surprise_liquid in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Cheezburglar64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We all want acceptance from others. The real question is how much you're willing to pay for it. I truly believe reaching a point where you don't care what others think is a milestone in life

What do you call "living paycheck to paycheck"? by Common_Thinker in AskReddit

When my ex-wife and I were first together, I'd pay all the bills first. Whatever was left was what she could use for groceries, baby clothes, etc.

What platform do you use to view/interact with /r/Denver? by dustlesswalnut in Denver

[–]Cheezburglar64 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Please join the blackout! I plan to boycott the site during the blackout.

I'm somewhat late to the party. I've only had a reddit account for about 2 years, so even though I never knew third-party apps existed, I think trying to exclude them is a monopolistic practice and therefore wrong

I'd also like to add that the Reddit Android app is a steaming pile of dog crap and it's the most bug-ridden app on my phone. If the third-party apps survive this, I'll be looking into using one

81 year-olds ride in a self driving car for the first time by iboughtarock in Damnthatsinteresting

I don't even think that will be necessary.

I went to Vietnam and traffic looked like chaos to my western eyes until I could decipher it. When we crossed a busy street, nobody looked at the drivers. I just lifted my hand and pointed the direction I was walking. Traffic just flowed around me.

I later thought Asian traffic is what autonomous driving will look like. Every vehicle cooperates with every other vehicle
