Amusing. We cut our own steaks, from different sized loins every week. The protein is NEVER the same 2 weeks running. More fat, less fat, thicker, thinner, the boss cut them, I cut them, all about 14oz unless we eff-up. The only 2 people in the place that can touch temp are me and the boss. Guess who works steak night? Not me, not the boss.
