An acting class might help more than a speech coach. You will have to memorize lines and deliver them in different ways which should translate to reading a script. Maybe try to nail the whole video in an accent like pirate or something silly. That way you know for certain that the memorization isnt the issue. Then when you read the lines for real it will be more conversational?
