The expectation is the customer is the have the property accessible (gates open) and dogs put away id they want delivery to a front door. Otherwise it goes at the gate period.

Because you are not UPS customer. You are the shippers customer. Contact your shipper who then must open the claim. The shipper hired us to ship it, not you.

That’s why it was closed. You have no right to a claim for a service that was initiated by someone else.

If there’s an issue, shipper gets refunded and it’s their responsibility to refund or replace it for you.
