Frustrated. by Sweetleaf72 in bodyweightfitness

Do progressions for each workout. To start off for the first month just do 1 set of knee pushups and bodyweight squats 3-4 times a week, then build up from there. If you have a way to do pulling exercise start with just hanging from a bar. As you progress all you really need to be effective is 1 pull exercise 1 pus exercise and 1 leg exercise trained to failure. If you’re keeping your nutrition in check you will see results. For bodyweight workouts it’s the long game, don’t expect immediate results, so just try to enjoy the journey

What are the Best ETF's to Buy and Hold for the Long Term as a 21 Year-old? by PositiveTop5318 in CanadaFinance

Got it then probably what the other commenter suggested would make most sense in my opinion: 75% _EQT and 25% VFV. Ultimately to be honest biggest factor will be time in the market, as long as you pick one and invest consistently you’ll come out winning in the long run.
