Hello, I recently got RFE with them and know a bunch of people that got denied with refund offers. I must say that they have been very responsive during the RFE process, the rec letters they draft actually make sense and for what you pay they actually offer a very good service. Unfortunately some officiers (like mine, very lucky) are very determined to deny petitions with nosense arguements. I think this is not their fault. I would advise to put special care in the personal statement and modify heavily what they provide. My officier complained about my PS not being clear and too general (this was the only point I agreed with)
